Mark's Preview Notes: The living space on the Stanford Eichlers still amazes me and this one makes me feel like it’s easy to get lost!  Nice hardwood floors and original globe lights are just the beginning.  My favorite original element of this Claude Oakland design is the outdoor patio area covered by the tongue and groove ceiling which is supported by the post and beam construction, mimicking the inside spaces.

Mark's Preview Notes: This is my first review for a Stanford Eicher.  I have to admit that my expectations were somewhat high -- after all this is Standord -- but this particular home didn’t deliver on my expectations.  All the Eichler appointments are found here -- globe lights, wood paneling, tongue and groove ceiling, and lovely grounds.  This home has updated granite counters and the blue slate in the atrium, also carried into the fireplace, is a very nice touch.  Stanford Eichlers are only available to faculty and staff, and unless I’m mistaken, each property is still on leased land of Stanford University.
