2010 Calendar is here!

We started to design a custom tabletop calendar for our clients, friends, and supporters since 2008, and it has been a huge success.  Although we would love to give one to every Eichler Homeowner it is just too costly for now.  However, it is our goal in the near future to be able to deliver this special calendar to every Eichler door.

It has been almost a year now since Eichler Homes Realty and the mesh network combined together and your support has been overwhelming.  Our transformation into a blog format has provided the most up-to-date Eichler market information and it is our pleasure to continue to help future Eichler buyers and sellers with all their Eichler needs.

Our 2010 calendar features Glacier National Park since I was there this July to witness the beauty of nature and I can't wait to share what I saw with you.  Every image includes a quote that is very meaningful to Mark and I, and hopefully it will become inspirational to you throughout the year.

I've been visiting this site since Jerry Dito time. Great source of information on local Eichlers. I like to find out recent open houses in the neighborhood and pay a visit to appreciate the architecture.

01. What one thing do you like most about this blog?

Like the Preview notes as this helps track what features are original and gives overview if the house has been "modified" sympathetically or not.

02. What one thing you would like us to change or add for improvement?

Keep as many photos/online tours of properties sold as possible. I know these may be out of your control, but it's useful to be able to kook at these in more detail so we can relate to prices/days on market etc to see trends

03. Do you use RSS feed or Google Reader or Bookmark to receive blog updates?

No, by habit I have the site bookmarked and manually visit every other day

I most like the easy tracking of Eichler house prices in relation to house features.
I would like to see selling prices within a week of escrow closing.
I use Safari Bookmarking in Cover Flow mode so my first screen always has the pictorial link to your blog.
