2173 Bunker Hill Drive -- $1,395,000. Listed 10/23/08 (David Gowan of Sotheby's Int'l Realty represents the Seller) SOLD for $1225K
- 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms
- 2000sf living space on a 10,010sf lot
- Renovated and expanded with taste of style, dramatic master suite addition, sizable and private level lot.
Mark's Preview Notes: This is a magnificent and impressive Eichler makeover. The master suite was added off the rear of the home using steel I-beam and concrete construction…just inspiring! The gauged black slate floors inside continue out to the rear patio, giving a feeling of even more square footage. The various textures used throughout the hallways, bedrooms, and bathrooms will keep you discovering new sensations for a long time. Oh, and don’t forget the great feng-shui with the mountain to your back. Well done!

Hey Emily,
First of all, thanks for leaving us a comment. We love comments.
Second of all, Congratulations for your new baby boy Hudson, and the twins are coming next year too. I am sure they will keep you busy for a while.
Third of all, your blog looks so fun and cool.
I personally like this house as well, not like I want to live there but more like appreciate the design.
By the way, you might already know this but you can check out www.meetup.com and search keywords moms/play dates/Twins with your zip code and you will see there are many groups around you.
Thanks again for the comment.

OMG! I saw that the sale site was still up for this house and I thought it was still for sale a year later! Thank god someone snatched it up! If I had had the money- I would have paid MORE. It is and was GORGEOUS. Someday....
